CRM to Sharepoint Integration - Separate Sites per Account

Hi,

Is it possible to integrate CRM with Sharepoint for document storage, but point each CRM Account to a separate Site or Document Library?

We have Sharepoint already setup with a Subsite per Customer Account and want to be able to access the existing documents in the sites from CRM, as well as save new documents in the same place.
